Fulfillment Requirements
Merchants must fulfill orders within the stated processing time and provide valid tracking information. Consistent delays may result in account review.
Customer Service
Nohi handles first-tier customer inquiries. Merchants are responsible for fulfillment issues, returns, and product-specific questions.
Acceptable Use Policy
Prohibited Products
The following are not permitted: counterfeit goods, illegal items, weapons, hazardous materials, and products that violate intellectual property rights.
Account Conduct
Users must not engage in fraudulent activity, manipulation of reviews or ratings, or any behavior that undermines the integrity of the platform.
Enforcement
Violations may result in account suspension or termination. Nohi reserves the right to remove listings that violate these policies.
